Conkling & Lewis Construction is a family-owned and operated mid-size General Contractor and Construction Management firm. We have been in business, in West Palm Beach, since 1983. We consider ourselves “General Practitioners” in that we construct high-end residences, commercial and healthcare facilities, as well as historic renovation projects with the utmost skill and attention to detail.

Team Approach

The best assurance of project quality and financial feasibility occurs when a responsible group of designers and contractors comes together at the earliest design stages of a project. If assembled early and with the same goal, a team consisting of owner’s representatives, architects, engineers and the construction manager will be able to communicate and cooperate through all phases of the project.

This team concept promotes shared efforts to reach the desired outcome and is a core belief at Conkling & Lewis Construction.

GREGORY H. LEWIS

OWNER, PRESIDENT

Gregory H. Lewis is the President and Owner of Conkling & Lewis Construction, Inc. Founder of the family-owned firm and a native of West Palm Beach, Lewis holds over 35 years experience as a General Contractor in South Florida.

Mr. Lewis has been recognized by the Florida Trust Preservation Award for multiple projects, and has received the AIA Palm Beach Builder of the Year Award.

KENNETH G. LEWIS

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Kenneth holds nearly a lifetime of industry experience in the design and build industry.

Starting with summer jobs at Conkling & Lewis, he finished his formal education at University of North Florida with a degree in Construction Management. Upon graduating, Mr. Lewis began his career at Conkling & Lewis and has become an integral part of the operation.
